De La Garza RV

I’m going middle of the road with this review because of the whole experience. RV wise-they fixed the issue and took the time to figure out what the issue was instead of just shot gunning parts to try and figure it out. I appreciate that quite a lot. Experience wise-not the greatest. When we dropped off our RV, they told us we’d have a quote within a week. After 3 weeks of calling and getting no answer we finally stopped by in person to find out the work had been done and that they just needed an hour to finish up-they said they’d call. No one called before they closed for the day. So we went back the next day and they said we had to wait an hour again. When we did finally get the RV I was initially relieved to see everything working correctly until I saw that we now had ants. So now we’re having to clear the RV of ants because it sat at the back of their property for weeks while waiting to get worked on. Good mechanical work Terrible Communication Ended up with a pest problem on top of it all.

These guys are Heaven sent. Ricardo went above and beyond the call of duty. They were exceptionally professional, very helpful. Our motorhome was without the ability to get water. It is an older model and they weren't able to get an exact part but they were able to fix it so we thank them and God that we now have water. We would highly recommend De La Garza Rv to everyone. And we will be calling them again if we ever have need of any repairs.

Agarre mi rv aqui hace 1 año y unos meses, el primer viaje la lona del techo se rompió y no pudieron hacer nada so me toco pagar de mi bolsa la reparación, tenia fuga de agua abajo del sink que causo a largo plazo desgaste de agua en el suelo y el techo al igual aparte de la lona avía unas partes donde se metía el agua y causaba goteras ellos me la vendieron diciéndome que estaba en buenas condiciones, y pues claro tenia fuga hacen firmar un papel que te la estas llevando como tal pero cuidado si compran aquí chequen bien el rv especialmente si viajas fuera porque no te podrán ayudar. Me repararon el techo ya luego que yo lo avía reparado y pusieron la lona y estaba llena de globos pésimo trabajo que le hicieron y al momento viaje al trabajo a 3 horas y cuando llegue la lona estaba rota nuevamente y me dejaron la antena suelta y por suerte no paso a mayores porque la antena se callo a medio camino.

Carlos was great. He helped replace my old RV batteries and did a great job for a fair price. 5 stars.

Bought my RV here, and it was a breeze. No pressure, friendly staff, and a great selection. They walked me through everything, and the support i got after the sale is spot on. Highly recommend! Update: they have provided great follow-up after the purchase answering all my questions and now provide service and repairs.

De La Garza RV were amazing. They answered all my questions. They also guided me to the right vehicle. I came with the idea of an RV, but not and idea of which one was the right for me. While talking with the sellers I was able to learn and pick the right RV for me. Staff were friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend and will buy from them again. Thanks you again!!!
