Great customer service today. With the flood not to long ago our weed eater was left in the water on our garage floor we ran in and picked up all we could off floor but missed the weed eater. Thankfully we were able to change our spark plug and get assistance from Johnny true values guys on spark plug because we lost it going from place to place trying to get the exact same spark plug. Their workers knew exactly which spark plug to recommend! Our weed eater is working great now! Spark plug $4! New weed eater $200! Thank y'all so much for your help and saving us money!

We are here visiting from out of state and helping do some small repairs at my mother in laws. After visiting a few of the big box stores we stopped by true value. Upon entering the store we were immediately greeted by Robert. After explaining what we were looking for, he immediately led us to the product that we needed to complete the repair that needed to be accomplished. His knowledge and insight were extremely helpful. Art helped to find the correct size light bulb for a wax burner. Best customer service around from all employees. Very pleased with purchase. Don't need to go to Walmart or Home Depot. YAY! Love to browse store and find extraordinary little treasures.
