Isaiah really took his time to help me on the phone tonight. He was extra helpful and kind. He went above and beyond to help me look something up on the internet. To make sure I could get the right part. I want to make sure he gets credit for doing such a great job and being nice. (I like the O’relies employee I dealt with this same night)

Extremely rude unhelpful workers for no reason. The only catalogs they have are for oil filters. Anything else, you'll have to ask someone and the people are rude and do not want to help. I had to Google the part I wanted. A person walked by and I asked if they can get it for me real quick. Nope, walked away. Then I had to stand stand in line, tell the same person to go get the part I wanted. He couldn't find it, so I had to go point it out to him. But the way the employees talk to you and treat you is down right rude. Like you're inconveniencing them...at the place they work, by asking them to do the task they're paid to do. I rarely go to AutoZone because people at O'Reilly's are so much nicer.

I got really helpful assistance from the young man Isaiah. He jumped to my aide and knew exactly what needed to be done. Did not disappoint.

I needed a replacement battery for my car fob. Isaiah was very helpful with the whole process, including opening the fob and selecting the right battery I needed. Great customer service!

This location never answers the phone. And when they do they leave you on hold over 10 minutes. Then they hang up on you. They dont even ask what the call is about.

I have gone a few times there for stuff that I needed and wasn't sure if some parts were right for my car, the lady who might be the manager is quite knowledgeable and was very helpful in getting me the right parts for my car and assured me if they weren't right that I was able to return them. Parking stalls in front of the store is kinda tight, so might be a good idea to park on the side of the store between McDonald's or on the opposite side.

I am someone who does not know much about cars, I am always asking dad about how to fix my car or get it fixed. AutoZone it’s a place where the staff is always available to help, they will give you what you are looking for, or at least try to do it. Always coming back here!
