Great selection of plants, tools, and gardening supplies at reasonable prices. Staff are helpful, and it’s convenient for quick garden upgrades. Some plants can be hit or miss in condition, especially later in the season, so check before you buy. Overall, a solid spot for gardeners of all levels.

Much easier to find things in the garden department than in the store itself. Bought planters, soil, and flowers. They did have a nice selection, and everything looked healthy. Cashier was friendly. The only negative would be that there was really no one to ask question of that had a good knowledge about plants and flowers.

Always complete with the stuff I need for.my vegetable garden. However, today I came to buy stuff to repair my hose. The selection of kits were quite extensive. It gave me a difficult time making my selection. Come here ALL the time. Wouldn't go anywhere else. There's no other choice!

The they have a decent selection, good luck finding anybody to help you or answer questions. Waited 15-minute for an associate that was page to the garden department ended up leaving without what I needed.

Better than Pleasanton, but not much. Needed minor assistance in several areas, and while there were "floaters" who happily paged department personnel, said personnel were absent or downright annoyed at being bothered. Management is clueless and unable to solve this chronic problem.

I went to the Home Depot in Hayward after a visit to Pleasanton earlier in the day. I went to pick up the same fence items that I was going to pick up in Pleasanton at the Hayward store. When I got there they did not have the same packaging I question the person at the register she could not give me an answer I had to sit there and wait there over 5 minutes nobody could give me an answer I just walked out I will not go there again this is not the first time I've had this type of experience in Hayward.
