Greentec EV & Hybrid Battery Replacement | Bay Area

Green EV & Hybrid buttery company was great, great service. Came to my house installed the buttery, test drive the car in about an hour. The mechanic was nice, courteous and very professional. I recommend the company to anyone need to replace the Hybrid buttery with reasonable price with warranty. Oh, Spencer was also great, kept communication with from the start of the order to the finish.

The 2014 Cadillac ELR runs better than the day I bought it used. The people at Greentec were awesome! (I bought it from Audi West Covina who delivered a non-working car. The drivers seat could not be moved from the all the way forward position. I could not fit behind the wheel to drive it.)

Technician was very informative and let me know all the error codes that my car was experiencing before changing out the battery. He inform me that all these codes were directly from the bad hybrid battery. Once the battery was changed out my technician took the car for a brief test drive and then said my car was ready to go. On my first drive after the new battery was installed I noticed a huge power difference and the car seemed to just work better

The car mechanic Casey drove all the way from Hayward to replace the hybrid battery at our home in Monte Rio. When I showed him the outrageous quote for the same service and battery from a business in Santa Rosa called "Greentech Automotive" he was shocked and appeared angry when he told me that his company provides the same hybrid batteries. The corrupt Santa Rosa store quoted us over $4000 for the same battery Casey's company charges $2000. We narrowly escaped a total ripoff and were very grateful that a company like Greentec offers fair prices and great work.

Greentech did an amazing job on my hybrid battery! They were fast, kind, and even offered a free diagnostic just in case the issue wasn’t with the battery. I especially appreciated how quick and efficient they were. Highly recommend!

I was very skeptical going in, but I'm very happy with the service and the new hybrid battery. So far it looks like a great decision. My car is performing better than ever and I saved money as well. Thank you Greentec.

I have a 2016 Nissan Leaf. The battery was starting to show signs that it needed to be replaced. I contacted Greentec and arranged to have the battery replaced. They picked up my car in Marin County, CA and brought it up to the Sacramento shop where it was replaced. It has been five or six months since then and the battery works fine. However I am giving Greentec four stars not five because when I got it back the battery management system (BMS) was not registering any change. I contacted the Hayward location and tried to reach the person who I dealt with there but that person would not respond and I initially couldn’t find anyone at Greentec to talk to me. Eventually I contacted someone in the Kansas City office who was very helpful. I now realize that the BMS that is in my 2016 Leaf will never register the battery health correctly but it adjusted over a period of a couple of months so that it registers an increase in range - not explicitly - just counts down the miles slowly and registers a higher number of miles. Any case not great but the battery, itself, seems to be highly reliable.
