This facility was issued a cease and assist letter in April 2024 by the city of Hayward for operating illegally without a storage or parking license on its largest lot. They have operated illegally without a license for over 5 years in complete disregard of the city, while continuing to charge exorbitant prices at a run down facility with poor security and no key pad on their front gates or surveillance cameras. They also were cited and fined allowing people to live in their storage units. The place is unsafe. If you are storing personal items, cars, trucks or RV campers I would leave immediately and find a far more safer and more honorable storage facility. The owners have no regard for the law so why would they have regard for protecting your belongings? The owners are trying to sell their property too and no one will buy it because they don’t have a license to operate on their largest lot.
