Hayward Storage

I had a really great experience and had the best customer service with Elsie the manager. She helped me change my lock when I lost my keys for my unit. She arranged for me to come in whenever I was ready. It took me awhile because I thought I could find the keys but I didn't find it. I called her twice but couldnt make it and had to cancel. Elsie was ever so polite then I finally came in and she broke the lock and replaced it. Another time I came to the unit and got out just before she closed the office. I was traveling on the Bart to Modesto and I didn't know the schedule Elsie was so helpful she got on her computer and found the time the next train was going. Thanks so much Elsie you saved me from having to stay in the Bay area and I got home safely. She always helped me out anytime I was unsure about something. I recommend anyone who needs to get a unit to go over to Hayward. Elsie has impeccable customer service I look forward to seeing you again when I come to the Bay Area. Take care and God bless you.

Elsie, the manager. From the start, Elsie has been incredibly helpful, professional, and friendly. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable with the rental process. Whenever I’ve needed anything — whether it was help with access, billing questions, or just general guidance — Elsie has always been quick to respond and eager to help. She keeps the place spotless and secure, and you can tell she takes real pride in her work. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated and easy to work with. Thanks to Elsie, I have complete peace of mind knowing my belongings are in good hands. Highly recommend this place, thanks to her outstanding management!

I rented a space with them for a bit over a year. They were very communicative with about any changes that were occurring upfront - (minimum insurance fees). There were various payment options available, clean space and very secure. Excellent communication. Great experience with Hayward Storage, 10/10.

I read a storage unit at the Hayward storage facility and I have been very satisfied with the accommodations the security also the people that work there are fabulous they have a great personality they're always willing to help they give it their all it's very clean facility the tenants that rent there they're nice they're polite nobody bothers you you have complete Security you know your things are going to be there when you when you need them and they also serve coffee in the office if you happen to be there and to chat with the manager she's very nice and very sweet

Very friendly, patient, and helpful, answering all of my questions and going through a thorough run-down of how to operate the various locks within the facility. Super appreciated during the stress of moving, such a relief!

I recently ended my contract with this storage facility (#A239) I had it for a year almost to the date. My experience was a very good one. The facility was clean and kept well, the management gave good customer service and was helpful when needed. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend.
