Interstate All Battery Center

I was unable to find the correct battery for my 2011 Tacoma V6. Other interstate sellers only had group 24 batteries, which are for the 4-cylinder model. I drove 73 miles (146 round trip) to pick up an MTZ-34R. Service was prompt and courteous. Since I brought in my core for exchange, I only had to visit the shop once. Very satisfied with the CCA and reserve power of this battery & the team at All Interstate.

The 15 year old battery on my 55 Olds died and when I called AAA to help, it turns out after they came to service/replace i, they don't have the battery my car needs, and neither did Costco! The AAA guy suggested I call Interstate. I didn't know there were battery stores! I called and success! The team theIR know their stuff! Turns out they had two different options for my car! A treaSure for sure! Thank You!

Terrible experience. They broke the car’s starter when changing battery and won’t return any money. Full story: My wife’s car won’t start so she jumped start her car, drove here to replace battery. After the work is done, the car still cannot start and even cannot be jumped start. They claimed that the battery itself is good and blame it on the rest of the car. That’s just blatant excuse, since them changing the battery is the only thing that happened to the car.

My car wouldn’t turn over or start if it sat for three days or more. I would charge the battery overnight and worked fine but as soon as I didn’t drive it daily it wouldn’t start. The Battery was still under warranty so I took it in to interstate. The salesman test it and told me that the battery didn’t work and they would be giving me a prorated discount on new battery as it was still under warranty, BUT then the manager came out and said to leave it there over night so they could charge it and retest it. I needed my vehicle so I purchased a new battery and they said they would discount it once they verify the battery was no longer working. I received a call next day that the battery was ready to be picked up n had no issues. I picked up old batter and notice signs of the tops being prayed open guessing they change the battery fluid to make it work and not get partially refunded. I would not purchase any batteries here as they won’t honor the interstate battery warranty!!!! I’ve been a interstate customer for over a year’s love the products but the store manager there’s is no good for the company. It’s been a couple months now with the new battery car has been sitting for weeks at a time and starts every time so definitely there was an issue with the old battery. The worst was when I picked up my car I placed it in the trunk and when I got home it had leaked all over the carpet damaging it. Worst experience !!!

Came in to get a new battery for my car keys after avoiding it for as long as possible. I'm so glad I came to Interstate. It was super fast, less than 5 minutes, and they had good customer service.

Very helpful. Service tech tested my battery and yep it was over 15 yrs and did need replacement. Purchased a new one and looking forward to another 15 years.

1st time here. Good experience. Helpful staff. Reasonable price on batteries. Also have warranties.
