I had a horrible experience ordering parts here. Since the moment I walked in the cashier gave me attitude since the beginning and was rude. The cashier just had a horrible attitude throughout the whole process. I don’t recommend going there.
My experience being there to buy parts for my Honda the man at work at the store about all the parts I needed and ordered them I recommend going there for parts for your car issue with an older model car because a lot of these places you go to now like dealerships don't have your parts and if they do their skyrocketed pretty high

Fix ur hours. Shows open till 7, came at 6:05 and they're closed. So I come back today (day before Thanksgiving) and website shows open until 7, all the other surrounding napa stores are open, but of course this one is closed and it's 4 pm. Two wasted trips in a row
I bought shock absorbers from NAPA, and they were defective within weeks. NAPA refuses to replace them, and they don't offer any warranty. Most of their parts are imported from outside the USA, so the quality is poor. I won't buy from them again!
