Worst o'reilly auto parts store i ever been too really bad customer service lazy employees they took for ever just to check if they had a part on stock saw like 4 employees and two just minding their own business
Don't waste your time coming here, they don't know anything about the products they carry and are very rude.
They do not know car parts, you have to do your own research but they are very nice and helpful, the manager is a very nice man, I been coming to this oreilly for years and seen employees come and go, they always hire the best ones don’t go to the one in Castro valley they have a horrible attitude
