Daisy, the manager, gave me fantastic service! Out of this world! Terrific! She was so very helpful and considerate, giving me helpful suggestions! I am handicapped, and she assisted me in getting items and helping me put the in my car. She did everything with a smile and cheery attitude. What a terrific Employee this company has working here!!!

Anthony one of the managers was so helpful when I needed to change my move in date and responded quickly to my phone messages. And then when I got to the property was so kind and helpful making sure I knew everything I needed to. Great customer service!

I give them bad reviews cause they sold my expensive stuff and expensive clothes and shoes and kitchen equipment for event. They sold it $40 they not event informed regardless they unit I have there in public storage. I am sooo pissed off and they want me to pay full balance. They already sold my stuff What unprofessional public storage. And someone stole my wife expensive purple jacket. I won’t trust this public storage. I won’t never recommended this Area. Don’t trust this location Hayward California public storage. I can’t believe what they did to my very important stuff. What disrespect. Be careful this palace someone will still your stuff.

Such a good area, very clean and great Costumer service. Daisy did a great job explaining everything, very kind and friendly.. I do recommend it.

Daisy has excellent customer service and is very helpful, she helped me move in and directed me to were my unit was when I did an online rental but she had called me earlier in the day a left a nice vm

Trinity deserves a promotion. She is patient n do diligent work and we appreciate her very much. Also Allie, the sales representative spoke clearly on the phone deserves s promotion even though the sales is not under her, she gracefully helped n explained the procedure to us too. These two staffs are excellent to work with n show good deeds. Since the facility is a bit older inside, we decided to think about it.

Ms. Dawn service is really good. She talks with us nicely and introduced the good size for us. We have a good experience with Ms. Dawn.
