The General Manager Andrew at State A Mind Motor Sports made our boat purchase very easy and pleasant. He made us feel at ease right away, no stress! He explained everything about the boat we were looking at (and eventually purchased) and answered all of our questions. Being newbies to this type of boat (tritoon) this was important to us. He delivered our boat quite a distance to us, launched it and went over everything that was in the boat (motor, equipment, etc...) to how to drive it properly. The lake water was high and our dock was a island. He put our boat in its slip and waded through the cold lake water back to shore. Now thats GREAT costumer service!!! It was easy to see this was a company that cared greatly about running a business where integrity, honesty and character was held at high esteem! We feel Andrew exemplified ALL these traits!!! Buying a boat with Stateamind was an easy and enjoyable experience. Andrew was amazing to work with! He took us out on the water for a test drive and we laughed together the entire time. These guys have been great from day 1. We first met them at boat shows years ago. They knew we weren’t ready to buy back then but always treated us well. A couple new boats later and I really value how they continue to treat people, do the right thing, and help the communities they are in. Recently Calvin in service was relentless in trying to help me solve an issue - I was about ready to give up on having my boat for a weekend trip I was excited for but Calvin didn’t give up in diagnosing my issue over the phone to save the trip. It turned out to be a simple loose wire, but working through the troubleshooting tree with him didn’t seem simple at the time. From being a casual boat show observer to eventually going through the buying process and now after sale service, you couldn’t ask for much more from all the folks at Stateamind.

I would recommend this company to anyone. They offer great services and products. Joel is a very enthusiastic owner who really wants the customer to be happy. He also helps to promote watersports to the public. All of the other associates at Stateamind have been really helpful from the front desk all the back into the shop. I used to be a customer of one of the other boat companies down the road but left them for the PROS at Stateamind. I ended up buying an Axis A22 by Malibu. This is a great boat manufacturer. If you are even thinking about buying a boat then I would look at the safety and quality of Malibu boats and the service excellence of Stateamind.

I have had 4 inboard I recently purchased an Axis A20 The sales staff Jim was very knowledgeable and helpful Initially there was a problem. They were very prompt in returning my call and in fact Calvin called before the store opened.Calvin and Erik came to my home and remedied the issue on the dock In fact Calvin called the next day and Jim called several days later to follow up and checkup I can say that without a doubt that the sales and service departments were exceptional and would recommend State of Mind to anyone.

I drive an 18-wheeler, I had a flat on my trailer the guy was there to change it he had cone set up two flares and he had his yellow lights going and this state mine water sports Chevy truck came within about a foot of running him over. There was nobody in the left lane all the guy had to do get over your little respect. It's 0° out this guy came to change my tire and save me from sleeping on the side of the highway tonight. Personally when I see how self-absorbed you are. And the way I see it you would screw somebody over in your business because you live in it's all about me world. When you see a man changing a tire on the side of the road and you can't simply move over I can just imagine how many people you screw over
