Absolutely excellent service!!!! Darren O helped me out, he has incredible patience I came to him three separate times, he helped me identify what was wrong with my car and helped change the batteries for my garage remote and my car keys! He took his time explaining the different types of batteries I needed and offered advice on how I could get my car fixed!

Hands down the best service that I have received from any auto store around. Both the manager and the employee were so sweet and very helpful.They made sure I didn't feel pressured, and they helped me replace my battery and took care of my car so well and even helped pour the coolant in for me. Definitely will be back thank you to this store and the employees there Matthew and Darren thank you so much. You guys are the best !

We had been traveling cross country with our camper when the alternator went out about 40 miles from Las Vegas in the desert. It was 97 degrees and we called the first store that came up on our phones. The employee (whose name I don't remember unfortunately) was so friendly and helpful. They didn't have the part at their store but she found the part for us at another Auto Zone on our way. We were able to fix the truck and continue on our trip. A really big North Carolina shout out to Auto Zone.

Had the best service today from Anjelika. She helped me out from start to finish with a car battery and with picking out some other supplies for the car. Walked me through everything and am happy with how I was treated. Thank you again!

Went in for a battery issue - Jesus was so kind and helpful and even replaced the battery for me at no additional charge! Service like this is rare these days and I felt very cared for at this location. Definitely recommend

I had a problem installing a complicated part, maybe it was my fault or partly due to the older design of the replacement component. I actually came back to the store just to look at a fresh component to compare and maybe see where I might make it work. Your expert manager, Mr. Kellogg, took the time and worked with me and made it right. He even helped switch out things with me, all the while cheerful and nice about my my predicament. I couldn’t be more pleased, I was really struggling. And I brought a friend along who had worked on the problem with me, and he was impressed as well, said that AutoZone store would get all his business from now on. It’s thanks to knowledgeable, polite, and decent people like Mr. Kellogg that your brand and store succeeds! Congratulations!

I go in give them my car specs the YEAR first since that’s the first thing they need to type in though most customers just throw out whatever and expect them to know what they’re talking about then the MAKE AND MODEL of course the type of ENGINE as well and they find the part I need in seconds and if they don’t have it they order it from another store and have it that same day or the next morning and even gave me a reference on who to take it to to get it repaired since they’re only a PARTS STORE which helped me out greatly since shops charged so much more for the same part, thank you so much
