Batteries Plus

Great service! Purchased a battery for my car there at their store and they installed it for free right out side the store. It probably took 15 min or less. Service tech was great and thanked him with a tip.

I needed a semi special flat battery for some sensors and nobody had them. So I popped over to batteries plus and they had everything I needed. The store was clean and the service was friendly and knowledgeable. I'll definitely go back for my battery needs.

Away from New York on vacation in May 2025. Cracked screen and back glass on Note 10. Tom couldn't have been nicer. Some complications with my insurance, but Tom was most accommodating and worked it out. Great work, and even better customer service. Highly recommend this place.

I was amazed at the friendliness of the employees and the great customer service I received. The other location I went to was not so friendly, rude to my mom, quoted me two different prices, and didn't have items in stock. The three employees here treated me (and my mom) great and even gave me a discount for having to come from a different store for my parts and service. I needed a car key cut and programmed and they took care of everything and were cheaper and more reliable than other options.

Ordered an auxiliary battery for my jeep. I had a 9am appointment for today to install. On my way there when I received a call asking if I can come in at 11am. I said sure. When I arrived at 11am I was informed that the tech was in the emergency room and that he could install the battery on Sunday, six days from now. I left and decided to go to Firestone today as on my way home as the jeep was acting up. I called for a refund and was informed that I have to come in person. I already wasted 80 minutes of my time and at least $20 in gas. I informed the manager that I was not going to do it again and she said there was nothing that she can do. I did nothing wrong but waste my time with Battery Plus and expect a refund immediately!
