Mathew Olson did a great job helping me with the battery connection to my Jeep. The factory connection is cheap and kept loosening up. Great electric golf cart motor repair experience. Had to get motor rebuild due to melted motor terminals and was sent to Battery X-Change from another golf cart repair shop. Cole (the shop manager) was extremely easy to talk to, very professional and explained clearly what the process would be and approximate cost if the motor was fixable. He also explained that the motor was of better quality than say most new replacements (last option). Turnaround was within a week and the repair was less expensive than expected. Motor runs like brand new! Would highly recommend Battery X-Change and Cole as the face of the company. Thanks for the great service!
