I can't say enough good things about our experience at Dollar Shelf Storage. We were helped by Richard, who was absolutely wonderful. He was extremely professional, courteous, and made the entire process of renting our 10x10 unit seamless. He walked us through the paperwork and made sure we got the best promotion available—two months of free rent on an indoor unit with AC. If you're reading this and need a storage unit, do yourself a favor and go to this location. And be sure to ask for Richard—he's the best!

Richard was great (and not just because we share the same name)! I was in and out within 30 minutes. Needed a storage unit the day of and they delivered at half the rate U-Haul was offering. Unit was clean and they seem to be very confident about security. Thanks again!
