Extra Space Storage

Every employee I have interacted with here is always very nice and helpful. The storage unit itself is very secure so I feel safe leaving personal belongings there. The units are a reasonable price. Overall it has been a great experience. I even lost my keys to the unit and was freaking out but when I went down to the office they were able to help me with ease. Would highly recommend this place to anyone in need of extra storage space.

Love this facility! Well-maintained and offers a 24-access amenity to the facility for just a few dollars more! I feel that my belongings are safe and secure and the place itself is very easy to navigate and clean. The price of the units and the amount of space that is offered is very affordable and there were many options to choose from. The staff was really helpful and accommodating and let me know they were there to help with whatever I may need. Would definitely recommend this facility to anyone ! 🙂

Really good experience here! The place is super clean, easy to get in and out of, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The whole process was smooth and stress free. Definitely recommend this Extra Space Storage on Lake Mead Parkway if you need a safe spot to store your stuff!

The 2nd time I've used this location and both times the experience was excellent. Rob (manager) and Carla (AM) were both helpful and personable. When I cancelled the card that I used for auto pay and forgot to change my card on my account, I wasn't stalked or harassed, I received a very polite phone call, NOT a series of texts, calls, emails, chasing me for payment. If I need storage again I will go back ASAP. I highly recommend this location.

This is by far and wide the absolute best storage facility in southern Nevada. I do a lot of storage unit purchases, and Rob and Karla were more than accommodating, and the place was spotless. I will only go here for my storage needs.

I love this place! The manager is always so very helpful, and courteous. I’ve never had a problem, and if ever I did, it was immediately resolved. The professionalism, and the understanding, is immeasurable. The facility is clean, and always well cared for. Would recommend!
