Billy was amazing! I thought I was going to need a new hybrid battery, but thankfully, I didn’t. Even if I had, the prices here are incredible. They were honest about their pricing and what actually needed servicing, which ended up saving me hundreds of dollars. From the first call to the end, I experienced complete professional customer care! The appointment time was sooner than expected and really had an impact on my driving schedule so I am forever thankful that they could come out earlier than originally scheduled. Angel, The Greentec technician did a wonderful job. Angel was here to replace the hybrid battery on our 2008 Toyota Hybrid Prius. He kept us up to date along the way, explaining everything. He was very personable and a joy to work with. My granddaughter is driving her car daily and is very excited for it to start every time she tries it.

Excellent job. replaced my EV batteries for my Prius almost have the price of Toyota dealership, quote. The dealer quoted 11 hours labor yes certified Toyota dealership in Las Vegas 11 hour labor. My car was ready with a new battery in 35 minutes. Great job at Greentec. Specially, Billie took great care of me and process my order thank you so much. Highly recommended five stars.

The absolute best shop in Las Vegas for your hybrid needs. Billy and Angel are professional and had me in and out faster than I had anticipated. The shop was clean and they are efficient. The employees really deserve the 5 stars.
