Stuff Ur Storage

Well good except for one thing a year and a half or so I got my storage robbed of all my power tool I told the manager and he told he qould review the cameras but the cameras only go back 10 day and so there was nothing on the camra to see cause I guess it happend more than ten days prior. I though we'll that's it I can't find out who did it. And I was ok with that but 6 months after that I told another manager about just in conversation she decided to look up my shed history and stuff and she said why didn't the other manager give you some paperwork I said for what I couldn't see anything on the camera to file a report or anything the lady said maybe so but you pay for insurance and he should have given you that paperwork and you should of been reimburse she said she would get back to me with papper work so I could file a claim well she must have forgot to call me and I had forgot to go talk to her again and by that time we'll I had already shut down my landscaping company because I no longer had all the equipment to perform the job due to all my power tools were stolen amonsk a hole lot of other things it still bugs me buy what can I do I will feel stupid as I do now for saying it it's a good place and has good friendly service and the manager didn't do it on purpose I don't think but I lost probably 5000 dollars in equipment and other things I'm still finding things missing but what can I do I dont know can't do this anymore no tools

HORRIBLE!! Rented this unit for over 10 years as well as other units there for shorter periods of time. Expected some consideration from them for our loyalty. Got none. Expected some price increases but not the Ridiculous price increases imposed upon us for the last 2 years. About a $200 per month increase for about a 100% increase in the monthly rental price. Management told me it was the same amount as a price increase for a rental home. I am not renting a home. I am renting the size of one room in a home. UNBELIEVABLE

I’ve rented twice over the years from thi company and have never been disappointed. The staff, is friendly and very helpful. It’s a bit off the beaten path but so convenient at the same time! Thanks Lyle, Michael and whomever else I’ve forgotten

We rented several units for a year or so, never had any issues, super clean site; Lyle was more than helpful, accommodating and always professional and polite...Michael as well. If we had not relocated our business we would still be there. Thanks again Lyle and Michael.

We love this place. We did a covered RV spot and you can't beat the prices, friendly staff, and ease of getting into and out of contracts. No hassle, no fuss. We will definitely be back!

Let me start off by saying that if any of my family or friends in the area need a storage unit, I will never NOT recommend this company. They were wonderful and willing to help us above and beyond what their job required. My family and I were moving to the area, but needed a place to store our items while we found a place. I drove down with a trailer full and got to the gates before they were closed for the night. There was an error in the system, so I had to be given a new code and was granted access to the storage unit so I could unload the trailer, even though they were closing in just a few more minutes. Since then, I have came back several times to unload more items, reload my items once I found a house, and to finish my use with the storage unit. Everyone I worked with was always pleasant and willing to help in whatever way they could. They even offered water to us on hot days when we were out in the sun. I’m sad to leave this company because they were so great. I do know that if I ever need to use storage again in this area, that I will absolutely use this company. Thank you for all you’ve done for us. We really do appreciate seeing people happy and willing to help their customers. Thank you for not turning your back on us after the already long day we had, along with the 10 hour drive and telling us to try again the next day. We really do appreciate the customer service you provided us!

Brandon was excellent he answered all my questions in gave great customer service in helping me rent out my unit
