Fast, Friendly, and Surprisingly Stress-Free — All Thanks to Greg! We had to add a new line to our business account and were short on time — only about an hour to get it all done. We stopped into this location more out of convenience than anything else, but wow... it turned out to be a great decision. Right as we walked in, Greg greeted us with a warm, genuinely happy attitude — the kind of welcome that instantly makes you feel like you’re in good hands. (Honestly, good customer service in Vegas can be hit-or-miss, so this was a breath of fresh air.) We told him what we needed, and he immediately laid out a few solid options — no sales pitch, no pressure, just straight-up helpful info. He made some smart recommendations based on our situation and then gave us a minute to talk it over privately. Once we made our choice, he moved quickly and efficiently. Within minutes, we had a new iPhone in hand and a list of numbers to choose from for the new line. The entire transaction felt smooth, easy, and low-stress. We never felt rushed — even though Greg was clearly juggling a lot. (I later realized he’s the General Manager.) He was helping team members, taking phone calls, and accepting deliveries, all while making sure we had a great experience. That level of multitasking and professionalism isn’t easy to come by. And despite how busy he was, Greg made us feel like VIPs the whole time. The store was clean, well-organized, and had a good selection of phones to choose from. We were in and out in about 45 minutes, way faster than we expected. If you’re looking for great service, knowledgeable staff, and someone who actually cares about your experience, just ask for Greg. This place earned our business, and we’ll definitely be back.

I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but I was genuinely disappointed by my recent visit. When we walked into the store, no one greeted us or even acknowledged that we were there. We stood waiting for a while, not a single employee offered help or told us how long it would be. Clearly they don’t know anything about business! I understand that stores can get busy, but a simple "We’ll be with you shortly" would have made a big difference. Good customer service starts with communication, and unfortunately, that was missing here. Some other family walked out as well! The 2 males working there clearly lack common decency! They make the Verizon on lake mead look bad ! Horrible customer service!!

Due to some quirky issues I was having, I was concerned that a new phone I had recently purchased, might be faulty. I took it into the Verizon Store on Lake Mead in Henderson. Greg and Barry went above and beyond to diagnose and resolve the problem. They are both very patient and knowledgable, and didn't give up until the issue was completely fixed. Our family prefers this location to others because the level of customer service is exceptional. And all the agents are friendly, work well together, and clearly like their job. I highly recommend the Verizon Store located on Lake Mead Blvd in Henderson!!! Thanks guys!!

Finally moved from Android to an iPhone! Greg was awesome in helping me ease my worries with the change and what fit me best. The store was clean and everyone was so nice, I will be back!

My husband and I originally went to the Sunset and Stephanie location and were told to call the customer service number, basically they did not want to help us. Went to the Lake Mead Henderson location and they were all friendly and super helpful. We both got new phones with accessories and the best customer service! Grateful to Jobe, Barry and Greg for all their help! We will refer our friends to you!

Andrew was great. Very helpful, made everything quick and easy and explained all the features and charges. Easy transaction for two phones.

Arlette helped me this morning with my home screen settings. She was tremendously busy with other customers, but still found the the time and made the effort to COMPLETELY solve the problem I had. Great thanks to Arlette !!!!!
