Um ponto fora da curva, todas as outras unidades que já visitei tem um serviço excelente. Mas infelizmente esta unidade tem um atendimento pessimo, fui atendido por um funcionário por nome de adrian e outros dois funcionários, uma moça de óculos e outro rapaz. Fiz uma pergunta acerca de um produto para remover marcas d’água do pára-brisas e eles só faltaram bater em mim. Ríspidos ao ponto de dizer que se eu não quisesse levar o produto era somente não levar. Não recomendo, e solicito que esta renomada companhia invista em funcionários com educação mínima para atender a um cliente.

Worst store ever commercial deal is a rip off spent 600 on an alternator and had a bad battery I tried to warranty since I had 5 in the computer he told me I can’t warranty it because I don’t know which to pick this is crazy the date was on the battery I spend a lot of money with this store I left and I’ll take my business to autozone where they are respectful this is a joke felt profiled because to be honest they helped everybody but me I spent a lot and they completely didn’t care at least they could warranty my battery that’s crazy because I have five in the system!! I never once returned one of them all because I baught five? This guy treated me like he was selling drugs do not come here stay far away

Online order 30 min? Like a pro? Huh. I wait 30 min. Then I have to walk for another 30 min and show what I need for my order and pick it up myself. And huh part of my order was out of stock even thought online said it's in stock. Another 30 min to simply cancel part of my order. Never again for that store or online ordering. Thank you for waisted 2 hours on simple online order pick up

The worst service in the city! If you wanna be assisted on time you must be friend of one of the team members like Adrian, you can be on the line but their friends must bit assisted first than the line no matter what, and when you say something they says if you want you can go to the Autozone that it’s in front of us, so that’s why i say and confirm the worst service and customer service in the city, totally un respectfully

Tall, latin, old, salt and pepperd hair, glasses wearing man refuses to take customers past 8:00 p.m. if they're transaction is dealing with cash. He much to busy smoking cigarettes outside and gossipping with his coworker lady. Hes got absolutely no time for an empty store, the over flowing trash bin out front, or for ONE cash transaction. He's already "counted and closed the registers" idk but in my day (which wasn't very long ago, we didn't close the register until we close the store! Since when do your shift managers make executive decisions for y'all?

Very helpful and nice employees. They listen carefully and give good advice. I would highly recommend this location
