I had such a great experience at this AutoZone thanks to Pedro Mantilla. Their customer service was outstanding; friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to help. They went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed, explained things clearly, and even took the time to double-check everything. It’s rare these days to find someone who cares this much about their job and the customers. I left feeling confident and taken care of. Definitely recommend this store and especially the amazing service from Pedro!

No se dejen engañar por los buenos review que coloca el mismo personal. Todas las personas que trabajan aquí son nuevas y con falta de experiencia, fui a comprar aceite para hacerle el servicio a mi camioneta y no sabían que tipo de aceite llevaba y me vendieron el que no era, el filtro que me dieron tampoco era el correcto, una señora mayor como de 30 y algo, bajita ella de cabello corto, brinda un servicio muy mal, una actitud grosera y repugnante, UNO VA A COMPRAR, no ha pedir fiado, ni mucho menos que le regalen las cosas. De paso me manda a buscar el producto cuando ella es la que trabaja hay no yo!! O sea el personal de antes sabía atender mucho mejor a las personas. Y tenían más conocimiento por que hasta los mismo hombres que trabajan ya no tienen ni siquiera el conocimiento de las cosas, se nota que son aprendices pero deberían estudiar un poco más.

El personal fue muy amable y me ayudó a encontrar exactamente la pieza que necesitaba para mi carro. Se tomaron el tiempo de explicarme las opciones, os precios son justos y tienen una gran variedad de productos. Definitivamente volveré, da mucha confianza comprar aquí. Excelente servicio.

Came to rent tools,. 7 employees behind the counter only one employee taking care customers. I think a manager walk by did not even try make eye contact. Over 25 minutes to rent a tool.

I was BLESSED to have Jamie D greet and assist me early this morning. I needed a headlight bulb for my Honda and she was incredibly helpful. I had come over from the Tires Plus just across the street where they had told me that the headlight unit and housing had to be replaced because the light bulb connector was melted. A $395.00 part by itself if they ordered it from the dealership. So I saw the Auto Zone and looked to your store for more info. Jamie not only helped look up the headlight bulb-specific to my Honda model; but she also went the extra mile to confirm the bulb was available to match the light of the other one. In addition- she came out to my car to assure me that the connector was even viable. She made great helpful suggestions on "You- tube" installation tutorials. After offering her extensive service, she signaled the appropriate connector that I saw was in fact NOT melted!!! We went back into the store; I got the correct bulb. I later was able to get the bulb installed, connect it myself- all for $20 and change! Indeed- Jaime is in a class by herself. Her sincere interest in helping to resolve my dilemma was way more than I could have expected! EVERY Auto Zone store ought to have a JAMIE D in it! Please THANK JAMIE D for bringing phenomenal service to every detail that she brings to customers who trust your company! She absolutely elevates Customer Satisfaction to a new level that is off the chart! GRACIAS!

Este lugar no te da garantía por lo que compras. Compré una batería con 3 años de garantía. No llegó ni a los 2 año y resulta que voy y no aparece la compra en el sistema. Les muestro el correo que me llegó al momento de la compra y ni así me dieron la garantía. Son unos estafadores.

Auto zone store 1268 33015. Jamie D. Jamie was very attentive and very helpful finding the parts I needed. I returned a few times after for different parts each time she went out of her way to help me and was very knowledgeable and courteous. I have found that the whole team in this store are very helpful thanks for your help.
