5 stars just because of Robert. Even though he was alone attending to more than 8 people at the same time, he was always kind, helpful, and knew exactly how to guide you. I’ve visited this store before and no one ever helps, or if they do, it’s with a bad attitude and giving incorrect instructions. Robert made a difference — what I thought would be just a quick print job turned into several dollars spent on services and products thanks to his great attitude. Note to the store: the printing area needs more staff. It’s too much for one person and very uncomfortable for customers to have to wait so long.

Not a Good Experience I came to Office Depot to use the printing station, and the experience was really disappointing. The workers there didn’t want to help anyone. They were just standing around, talking and laughing, while a bunch of people were waiting in line needing help. They need to hire more people and have more staff on the floor, especially at the printing area. It was really unprofessional and frustrating.

Yesterday, Sunday, June 29, we went with my wife to buy some chairs for the office.Only three people working there, one on the floor I imagine it was the one in charge of the printer and the lady in the cash register, all too expensive, a bad service on Amazon is more variety and better price.

Pésimo servicio Más de una hora de espera para poder comprar Una sola cajera y al acercarme y preguntarle la respuesta suya es q están cortos de gente por el coronavirus..me parece una falta de respeto q tengamos q esperar 1 hora cuando veo más personal en la tienda y una sola persona en la caja No pienso volver nunca más a este lugar Espero q tomen acción. Y mejoren pues el tiempo en este país es algo sagrado como para estarlo perdiendo innecesariamente Q falta de respeto a donde vamos a parar

No more Office Depot They suck…. They are trying to automate copies for customers to do it themselves and when your having trouble at the copier machine your stuck…. They no longer allow for you to email the counter for them to print REALLY REALLY BAF CUSTOMER SEVICE they have generated with that issue… going to office max or staples where they can take care of you a 100% like Office Depot used too.

Out 3 photocopy machine only one is working…. Customer services in general … is bad… CORPORATES should be worry in given better customer services instead of making number or sales… back in the good old days customer services was great and sales even or equal

Absolutely terrible service at the Office Depot in Hialeah. My husband went in just to print something simple and was completely dismissed by the employee at the printing station. Instead of helping, the guy told him it "wasn’t his job" to explain how to use the machine or tell him what to click. Seriously? That’s part of customer service. When he asked to speak to a manager, the manager doubled down and said the employee had "other clients to assist" — basically implying my husband wasn’t worth their time. If you’re looking for a place where they actually care about helping customers, go anywhere else but here. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Never coming back.
