O'Reilly Auto Parts

Mi experiencia en O’Reilly Auto Parts fue excelente. Fui en busca de pintura en spray para mi auto y encontré exactamente lo que necesitaba, incluyendo productos de alta calidad como los de Dupli-Color. El personal fue muy atento, Juan resolvió todas mis dudas y me ayudó a encontrar los colores exactos. Además, el sistema en el mostrador facilitó el proceso de compra. Definitivamente recomiendo este lugar para quienes buscan productos automotrices de confianza. ¡Un servicio impecable!

I have bought in many other stores and in this one my experience was terrible, I would never go back. The manager attended me, today at 9am You need workers with more empathy, understanding and desire to help customers. I had to drive 20 minutes to the next branch and there they helped me without any problem and were able to help me solve my problem. You should hire people who are more capable, more supportive and with more empathy who are willing to help and understand customers.

Came to get a battery replaced and it was a pleasure to have been assisted by Gabriel! He explained everything and was super kind, funny, and efficient. Will definitely come back if I ever need anything again!

Estoy insatisfecha con el servicio de esa tienda,fui a devolver un artículo que lo compre por equivocación y el asistente manager juan,se nego hacerlo anegando que no se podía hacer,porque se pudo usar y ponerle agua en su interior,el artículo estaba en perfecto estado y con el recibo original..era mi primera vez comprando alli,no lo recomiendo y no iré nunca más..Quiero objetar, que llame a la corporación y me atendieron muy bien,hablaron con el manager Sebastian,una persona muy amable,me pidió disculpas y se resolvio todo,gracias Sebastian .una persona muy assesible ,recomiendo cualquier inconveniente verlo a él..

I've been a loyal customers to a rally for lots of years till this day I am done with O'Reilly I got mistreated I got called in the face a liar just because I asked for a match price I show them the price from Advance Auto Parts and he called me a liar, that that was not true, that is zero professional , you don't treat nobody that way especially customers , the guy that attended me his name is Tony and the supervisor is Alex those two I don't know how in God's name they're working with public they should not be working in public they have no professional way of talking to customers at all when a customer tells you price match that's the policy from O'Reilly Auto Parts you supposed to look into it and match it not call me a liar and argue with me plus after that argument I really got online and started looking at prices and Advance Auto Parts is totally more cheaper than O'Reilly's which I had no idea I found out this now because of what just happened to me and from now on O'Reilly lost at least a customer I have never been treated that way I felt like I was in another country

Victor is the most amazing person ever! He tried so hard to find a part I travelled everywhere to try and find! He is the best! I am a loyal customer because of his service!
