I’ve been using this storage facility for a while, and I couldn’t be happier with the service! The place is always clean, secure, and easy to access. But what really makes the difference is the team — especially Juan and Gio. They’re always professional, friendly, and go above and beyond to help with anything you need. Whether it’s answering questions, helping with move-ins, or just making sure everything runs smoothly, they truly care about their customers. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for reliable storage with top-notch service!

The Hialeah location does it function is convenient because it’s in the first floor however, the sales team Inc did just only care about the commission. I told the sales agent specifically that I wanted a location near as possible to the exit. She told me she gave me the best deal and it’s actually was the worst. I was at the last role Far away from the exit and happen to know she just wanted to get a commission and but the staff in the office of Hialeah friendly, very helpful but yes, the sale team in corporate is terrible. They just want your money so if you want a gray location storage go in person.

This place at Hialeah Drive and 10th St is really near my house and I just realized I can rent an storage space there. Customer Service is excellent and the office team is very helpful. Gio guide me to the offers and I was able to get not one but two spaces. I totally recommended this place.

Gio and Juan were extremely helpful, professional, and friendly throughout my visit. They went above and beyond to answer all my questions and made the process quick and stress-free. Excellent customer service—I truly appreciate their assistance!

Do not rent from here!!! The steals. They stole all 3 of my tablets because they broke my lock thinking I wasn’t coming back. I let the manager know and he kept walking away and talking he couldn’t even look me in my eyes. All he told me was to report it. I’m livid, no one ever touched my things from the other storage I’m not understanding y they stealing peoples thing. It seems like they always does this. Then when you first come in to rent they try to be extra nice to get you to write a nice Review. Sad broke storage. Then the AC Unit isn’t working on top of that. Here you go!!! This is my Personal Review.

Whenever I have questions or requests, Geo is on point, providing answers right away.
