It’s not always the case to have a great experience at this pharmacy, but they recently hired a wonderful, patient, and professional person, jordan who completely changed that! He took the time to help me troubleshoot an issue with my prescription and made the whole process so smooth. I had such a great experience putting in my prescription today. Five stars!

The lady with blonde hair (bleached) who attends at the cash register gets impatient, makes a bad face and sighs, when a customer gets confused when it comes to putting the pin of the card, when he is going to pay. They should give training in proper customer service, education and empathy to some of their workers.

Una empleada con pelo negro me vio salir del carro. Parece que cerró la puerta y se fue a esconder atrás del cashier con otra empleada de pelo rubio. 30 minutos antes de cerrar la tienda. Eso no es profesional. Y riéndose y mirando a ver si me avía ido ya. 20 minutes before closing, I’m walking up to the store and an employee with black hair closes the door and runs to hide with another blonde employee behind the cashier. I saw them laughing and peeking to see if I had left. So unprofessional.

Fui a laa 9:40pm y laa chicas que estaban de turno tenían el walgreens cerrado conversando entre ellas en la caja y no fueron capaces ni de atenderme o darme una explicación de porque estan cerradas cuando dice que es hasta las 12am la atención, hice un pedido online y no pude recogerlo, me parece una falta de respeto

This is the Farmacy offering terrible services in the area. The Farmacy staff are rude they don’t answer my questions not even set me in hold but set a side the phone while they are spiking and laugh loudly each other forever and never return Esta es la farmacia que ofrece pésimos servicios en la zona. El personal es grosero, no responden a mis preguntas ni siquiera me ponen en espera, sino que dejan el teléfono a un lado mientras se ríen a carcajadas y no regresan jamás

Came for passport photos. Even though there were only two employees at 8 pm they were able to get me in and out in 5 min.
