Choo Choo RV

The name is Northgate RV. They had the part I needed that has been discontinued. Would highly recommend them.

Update Aug. 20: I gave a great review after we purchased our RV here. Now I can say we are also extremely pleased with their service after the sale. We needed a warranty job and we had them do a couple upgrades. Their work was tremendous. Thanks Choo Choo!!! Tony was so great to us from start to finish. Always straightforward, honest and caring. We were so pleased that Karen came in on a Saturday at the last minute to complete our paperwork. And of course Willie was so great getting our RV set up and ready for us. We had a great experience!!!

Went in and wanted a new AC unit put in the RV. They talked me out of a new and could repair it. Also a leak under the sink. Picked it up, in the rain, no one walked me through the repairs they did. A week later I tried the AC. Didn't work. I was surprised they didn't change the thermostat. Took it back and the put a thermostat in. Charged me of course. Now camping and noticed wet under the sink they "repaired". Still leaking from the "repair". Took the cabinet apart and found the rags they left in there, soaking wet. Disappointed

Have used Choo Choo RV/Northgate Parts for RV repairs to our motorhomds forvmore than five years. Without exception, their work has been excellent, reasonably priced, done as scheduled, and, aside from one instance, completed in the same day as begun. We recommend them without reservation and with great enthusiasm.

This is the best rv repair/service place ever! The people there are considerate and treat their customers fairly. I've never waited more than a week or two for an appointment, and they get the work done quickly and efficiently; the pricing is very reasonable. I've been a customer of theirs for several years and would never consider going anywhere else.

Had Choo Choo install a Blue Ox tow bar system on our Jeep so our RV can tow it. Did a great job, it was done quickly, and Harvey (service manager) explained everything to us clearly so we'd be confident in using it. Great team there. We're bringing our RV back for some other improvements in a few weeks because I know they will do a good job.

My husband & I Just bought a used 2007 Dutchman from this company for almost $8,000 on Saturday. We were told by Tony it was fully inspected from top to bottom, with no leaks or major damage so we took them at their word & signed the paperwork, only to found when we brought it home there was a big soft spot in the rear of the camper under one of the bunk beds & a hole straight through the floor under the kitchen sink. We where then told that everything would be fixed properly so we dropped if off on Monday, only for them to call us on Wednesday to tell us they havent started fixing anything yet that they were just going to dry it out instead of removing all the damage & just replacing it with new wood. Then we're told by Tony who was very rude that we should be lucky they are doing anything to fix the camper because most places would just say oh well it's your problem now. Would not recommend anyone to go there.
