This is so convenient no matter what time you go. The lobby closes at 4:30 and the drive through closes at 5. The self pay machine just inside of the front door is open 24 hours a day and is really easy to use.

A cable was hanging down from the power lines in front of my house. I called to report it before it became a potential problem, accident or outage and a truck was there within a half hour. The technician thanked me and got to business securing the cable like a professional. Good speedy service and a great attitude. Thank you for a strong sense of community safety.

I sold my house 10/10. The buyer said they were taking care of all the utilities. They didnt and epb is charging me for 3 days that I dont evenhave possession of the house. Didnt even offer a credit for those 3 days. Customer service with them not helpful at all!! I even called before the closing date and told epb the date of closing and changed my address and not a single time did the customer service rep ask if if that was the disconnect date. Why would I say my closing date is this and send my last bill here if I didnt want it in my name after said date?

What is it 2020 in this building only ?? Running it like covid just broke out.. very strange and unnecessary Too sterile = your immune system doesn’t get "practice." Too exposed = you risk infections. The healthiest zone is normal daily exposure (touching things, being outside, living life) with basic hygiene (wash hands before eating, after bathroom, etc.). Just some realness to think about

This isn't specifically for this office but for EPB itself. Last month, I paid my Fiber bill ahead of the auto pay, yet it still drafted my account for the auto payment. So, I paid twice. I get my bill this month, and it shows I owe the normal amount (instead of $0). How is that possible? They took the money from me twice. I provide the chat agent with statements on both accounts, yet I leave the conversation with no real time table to have the amount applied to my Fiber account. In this digital age we live in now where money can be transferred easily, this is an unacceptable result. Shame on you, EPB.

I’ve visited this place twice. Both times they were very unprofessional and rude. I was met right off the bat with an attitude instead of a professional voice. One women there acts extremely ghetto instead of professional and yelled at me. I was professional and nice and never rude so I did not deserve the attitude either visit. I understand people have bad days but both visits. I’ve never been to any businesses that acts like this especially in Hixson. They need new people in there that don’t have attitudes. I will not be returning to this location.

I went to give my two forms of ID. The lobby was closed, I understand due to COVID. However I don't drive and there was no one to help me. I had to walk to the drive thru window and ask for help. The lady was very rude and unhelpful. It was such an ordeal just to get the power put in my name at my new apartment. She made a copy of my IDs but didn't tell me what to do next. I had to ask her. She acted bothered and was rude. This was Tuesday afternoon 4/11. I hope I never have to do this again.
