i understand amazon returns are an extra service they provide and for that i was grateful, but there’s no reason to make someone feel stupid for asking questions. when entering, the sign says that amazon returns are at the print shop with an arrow pointing, but i didn’t see any signage that stated "print shop", so i approached the desk and asked if this was the correct place to do the returns. one gentleman answered yes while the other came over to the computer without speaking and i said that i was following the sign but didn’t see the signage for print shop so i wanted to make sure i was going to the right counter. the guy doing my return replied, "Okay, quick question, were the signs pointing this way?" as there were two package return signs at the door. i was taken aback and said i wasn’t sure and he replied, "Hmm. Okay." and didn’t speak to me again the entire return.

literally who runs this place? nothing has changed in YEARS customer service is horrendous and disgusting. don’t even get me started on that one dude who is still there despite the poor customer service and thinking he’s better than everyone else (u know who u are, hop off your cloud bud seriously.) what kind of business is this? i’m surprised this place is still open. the reviews literally speak for themselves it’s not a coincidence when everyone is having the same experience js!!!

Hadn't been to Staples in a long time. Went recently and it's still same old unfriendly and non-customer centric vibe. Honestly, I'm very surprised this place is still in business. Done giving this place my business. Future office supplies will be purchased 100% Amazon online. I don't have to deal with surly, unprofessional employees who don't like their job.

The employees at this Staples are consistently rude and inefficient in my experience. Especially if utilizing their Amazon Return service, expect to wait and be ignored at least 10 minutes before being rudely assisted.

Not very community centered, they DO NOT CARE about the needs of their customers or community. The manager stated to my husband: "I AM HERE ON SUNDAYS—BUT IM TOO BUSY". What kind of a manager says that??? They used to offer TSA precheck and passport photos by appointment. Then they changed it to walk-ins. Then they changed it to Saturdays only. Now, They don’t take Saturday appointments and are thinking of closing the TSA-precheck there. So if you’re looking to apply for TSA precheck, thanks to their new "we don’t care policy"—you’ll have to drive 70 miles to the closest TSA application location . I can’t support a business that doesn’t support their community.

When it comes to services offered at the Hixson Staples they are failing miserably as a TSA PreCheck Clear enrollment site. I walk in at 5pm on a Tuesday evening and am told there is only one day that they offer that service (Saturday between 10am and 6pm) because they only have one associate who knows how to do it. This is incredibly poor management to only have one person on your staff who can do such a task. What if they quit or are sick for 3 weeks. Then you can’t provide the service at all. And since there are no other close places to enroll you are essentially letting the whole community down and the CLEAR company who chose you to be an enrollment site to begin with. The next closest place to enroll is the Staples in Cleveland who provide the service 9-5 every day of the week. I think you can learn something here Hixson Staples management. Shame on you for this poor service! I will be taking my business to Cleveland tomorrow.

Placed an online order and the pick-up portion was available quickly and the delivery portion was delivered quickly as well. I received exactly what I desired. Well done Staples!
