Having Pugh heating install our new HVAC system was a wonderful experience right from the beginning with Kevin our sales person who was very knowledgeable and patient with explaining our options. Also, the install team did a great job putting this together. They were professional and payed attention to detail. I also have several conversations with David Overfield and he was extremely helpful and Pleasant to talk with. I would highly recommend Pugh heating co. To anyone interested in a new system.

Back in 2017 when I knew I was going to have a new furnace and central air system sized and installed it wasn't even a question as to who was going to be the only one to get the call and my business....Pugh! Their long standing reputation, experience, as well as representation of the Carrier and other brands were the reasons I made that one and only call. Yesterday, (November 3rd 2025) was the first non preventative maintenance service call that was needed on my Carrier Infinity furnace and as expected Mike and Pugh knocked it out of the park! I'm so appreciative of Pugh being my only choice for all my heating and cooling needs. In addition to a new water heater in October of 2020 they also designed and installed this Modine unit in my garage in September of 2020, (it's quite the talking point when people hang out in my finished garage). We needed a new furnace. Josh explained the situation thoroughly and made all the arrangements. The installation was very efficient. We have been Pugh customers for many years and will remain loyal customers!

From the initial appointment to go over products and pricing to the install Pugh thoroughly went over everything. Compared side by side pricing and only recommended what I needed. Mentioned that due to the age of my equipment if I only installed a new ac (ac unit needed replaced) I would be limited due to the age of my furnace (28 years). Since we recently move into our new house he recommended that we should look into replacing both for a more long term option but I did have options of just replacing ac as well. Did not attempt to strong arm my decision in any way and I really appreciated that. As for the install they were very professional and on time. Both days arrived at 8am exactly which was the expected time. They ensured drop cloths were placed at the entry of my front door all the way to the furnace itself. Each day upon leaving the installer asked if I had any questions and ensure he went over each product to help me understand the equipment and how it operates. Even setting reminders on when the filter should be replaced. The price was more than I expected but in reality you get what you pay for and seeing that I was able to get top of the line carrier equipment with top of the line service the price was definitely justifiable. I even requested their more experienced install team as I was getting a complete replacement on both units and I have had horrible experiences in the past with other companies (creating additional damage or not cleaning the worksites). With that being said I would 10/10 would recommend Pugh to anyone looking to get great service and great products.

Alex replaced the drain box for my furnace. Came on a Sunday within an hour of my call. Under warranty and no cost to me. Professional and polite. Would recommend Pugh highly. Thank you
