Came in so clutch! While on vacation in LA, we broke down in the middle of traffic, and Bert's Garage was the only AAA certified garage nearby. They treated us so well, and were able to complete the work by the end of the day! Replaced the alternator, battery, and belt to get it running like new. Also treated us with kindness and respect through the whole process which means a lot to me as a transgender individual.

My experience at Bert's has been great. I've only needed their services a couple of times but whenever my car feels not 100% they always help me find the solution. Recently I had some vibrating issues and they found out it was the front breaks. They could have easily tried to up-sell me and do all the breaks but they were fair and honest. They did the work very quickly too! Having a car in good condition is such an essential in Los Angeles, I truly feel grateful to have found Bert's.

Nancy, Chris and Eddie have the best customer service hands down. I have brought in three different vehicles (VW, BMW, and Infiniti) for body work over the years and Aaron made sure everything was perfect every time. Just today I scraped some paint on my front fender and Eddie said 'give me an hour' and got it looking like new again. I trust the entire team with keeping my cars running and looking like new. You don't get better than Bert's.

This is one of those establishments that you walk in and feel like in native territory. Eddie & Chris are no- nonsense genuine guys who will take care of you at reasonable prices. A trusted mechanic shop is not an easy find, yet I was lucky enough to stumble on one. Looking forward to bringing both of my cars to them for a long time coming. Thank you gentlemen!
