I was looking for this soap and thought it was only available online, but turns out they had it here too — which was a nice surprise! So if you're looking for this kind of soap, check out Home Depot

This is the worst Home Depot in all of Los Angeles. I’m a plumber and I go to different stores in this chain every day, and this one is the worst. If I have the option, I choose a different location just to avoid coming here. The copper fittings are always locked up, and it takes 20 minutes to get an associate to help. Then, while you’re choosing what you need, they stand behind you — not saying anything, but it feels like they’re rushing you. And the restroom here is always closed for cleaning no matter what time I come.

I truly go out of my way to avoid this Home Depot. The parking lot if filled with contractors waiting for the average person to get out of their car so they solicit their services. Even inside the store I’m always quietly approached multiple times by guys asking if I need help moving (when I picked up boxes) or do I need help building something (just walking down the lumber aisle). The staff can’t be so blind to not see this constantly happen. Makes me feel super uncomfortable and unsafe the number of times I get approached (AND I USED TO WORK AT A HOME DEPOT IN COLLEGE.) this is definitely unique to this location.

First of all, I think Mark Yodowitz was either confused or has extremely odd tastes in food. Second, even if they served food I'd be hesitant to eat there. And now the review: "Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!" is my response whenever my wife suggests, "Maybe we should go to Home Depot...?" I am so relieved--and not at all surprised--to see that I am not the only person who loathes this place as if it were constructed by Beelzebub and manned by nothing but clones of Hitler, Stalin and Pol Pot. And that analogy ain't too far off. I have shopped here a total of four times, always because I could not find what I needed at OSH across the street (and would have gladly paid three times as much for whatever I was looking for, as long as it kept me out of Home Depot, but it was not to be). All four times, I encountered "helpers" that were far from helpful (yet some were extremely cheerful, which can be infuriating when you ask a simple question that anyone working in a home-repair store should know, like, "Where is the Hot Shot roach killer in the spray pump bottle?" and get a dopey smile and, "Gee... that's not my department," for a reply), I couldn't find a damn thing and if--on the off chance--I happened to find what I was looking for, I had to stand--with one small, individual item, mind you--in a line with thirty people ahead of me, all pushing huge carts laden with several hundred items that had to be scanned individually. Haven't these people heard of an "Express Line"? My advice for anyone even pondering the possibility of shopping at Home Depot is to buy yourself a yard-full of tooling machines and just make whatever you need out of raw materials, mined and smelted in your own yard if necessary; it will save you time and a lot of aggravation.
