After living in the area for so long, how have I never been in here before?! This place is awesome! I needed a key made for my 1996 Honda ACTY and Home Depot & Lowe's couldn't do it but at Richard's they can! And so nice too. The most helpful retail place I've been inside in years. The best part... it was only $4! This will be my first stop for anything hardware going forward. And I'm a real estate agent so I get keys made all the time! I'll be back.

Albert was clutch, seemed like the business owner and experienced plumber. Outstanding service was provided as he went and picked the needed parts from the shelf for me. Home Depot and Lowe’s did not have the plumbing adapter I needed and Richard’s hardware did. They were open on a Saturday when the plumbing supply stores were closed. This store is no joke and I recommend ditching Home Depot for them if you’re a local.

This is a great place to find all sorts of items. It’s packed from floor to ceiling with anything you might need and Tiffany is knowledgeable about all the items. Stop here for your hardware needs.

Thanks so very much for helping my elderly mother in law with kindness and patience! She needed some plumbing help and you all stepped up in the best way possible. Stop by Richard's hardware in Hollywood to get duplicate keys cut for my old box truck. After going to Three Home Depots...(Two of the three I called ahead and they told me they had the keys) and waisting my time, I called Richard's. Not only did they have the key, they are super helpful and friendly. Not to mention I didn't have to walk around for 10 minutes trying to find somebody to help me. Great family run hardware store. P.S. If you need chlorine or chemicals for your pool stop by as they have the cheapest prices around.

So happy to see a place like this still open. Much better selection than any Home Depot or Lowe’s. Super friendly staff as well.

Went for a keys cut service although there were some of my keys that I couldn't have service performed yet the customer service was anA+ one...the young man asked me questions he even recommended some locksmith and provided me with his information...I noticed a young lady dealing with a customer going above and beyond to satisfy their needs. I definitely recommend this place for your pool service needs as well as any hardware adventure...they know what they are talking about. I love this place!
