Got some really good help from two of the employees: Jesse and Henry. They were super nice right off the bat, greeted me and asked if I needed any help. I was looking for a product, but couldn’t find it on the shelf. They realized it was in overstock and offered to pull it down for me as quickly as possible. I waited and they were able to get my product in just a few minutes. They were well concerned with customer and employee safety, and were very vocal during the whole process. They kept apologizing for the delay, but I was pretty happy with how quickly they were able to help me. Great job guys!

Customers deserve to feel safe and respected at any Home Depot, but that is not the case at this location. The managers, Jay and Chris, have repeatedly shown a complete lack of professionalism and respect toward customers — especially seniors and veterans. Their behavior is unacceptable and deeply concerning. When I attempted to make a return, I was met with hostility and humiliation instead of help. They refused to honor Home Depot’s return policy and treated me rudely throughout the interaction. It honestly felt like they were trying to bully customers instead of serve them. Even more worrying, Jay’s behavior during my visit raised serious questions about whether employees at this store are being properly supervised or evaluated for fitness to work. If Home Depot no longer conducts adequate screenings or oversight, that’s a potential safety issue for customers and staff alike. Corporate needs to step in immediately — this location does not represent the values Home Depot claims to stand for. Until there is accountability, I would strongly advise customers to shop elsewhere.

5 out of 5! Home Depot needs to be proud by what people/associates working in this particular Home Depot! I stopped 7-8 times to buy paintings and all associates were knowledgeable, communicative and enormously helpful. Especially, I would like to notice Asian woman and two Hispanic men with glasses from painting department (I deeply apologize I couldn’t memorize names). These people are masters of their arts literally and will help you with no hesitation and with their valuable experience. Even tint the primer which is not common thing but even with that they help perfectly! That is not the end of review! The enormous and endless gratitude I would like to say to Andy from flooring department. In times when creativity and improvisation are in need to be exercised, he will show you other ways how to achieve your construction goals. Great job all of you! This store will be my to-go place for any future construction needs! Thanks again!

Good morning, good morning, good morning, good morning, good morning. That is all I kept hearing as I walked through this Home Depot. With smiles one after another. And then as I was trying to pay for my material. A gentleman with the name, Ray. Stuck with me through the whole process. Which lasted almost half an hour. All at the same time helping other customers as I tried to fix my issue. In the end, I was able to come out with what I needed. Making him a bit tardy for his break. But he did not seem bothered one bit. Thank you.
