Easy to work with, knowledgeable and prompt. They take care of all our overhead crane needs. Work they have done for us ranges from annual OSHA inspections, preventative maintenance and install of new hoists. Great people all around.

We had the opportunity to have Jeff in to PM a few robots. He did an excellent job working safe, keeping the area clean and organized. The cabinets were cleaned including the cooling fans, batteries replaced and backups made. Our downtime was kept to a minimum and he worked with our production needs which meant hopping around a bit. Jim Perkins comes in to perform our crane inspection. Jim is very personable and knowledgeable. He does a thorough job and provides an excellent report on the shape of our cranes.

The folks at Han-Tek are prepared and trained for any type of material handing situation. Very professional and knowledgeable. They have rebuilt 3 ton electric hoists to rebuilding hydraulic systems on vertical recipricating material lifts for me. If they can't rebuild something and save you money, they always find a way to get replacement parts to get you back online in a timely manner. Good people that will not disapoint you.
