NAPA Auto Parts - Honeoye Falls Auto Supply

I do what I can to support local businesses like NAPA. They almost always have the parts I need, in stock. It's a little longer drive, than to get to AutoZone, but they carry things like Napa Gold filters which are, as far as I know a WIX filter. These are far superior to the standard tuna fish can, with no media in them, like STP, Fram, Moto craft etc. filters that are available most places. The staff at NAPA tend to have a lot more product knowledge than the cookie cutter type places. So far, I feel the extra drive is worth the effort.

Good people. Tons of parts available. If they don't have it on hand they will get it that day.

Walked up to the counter as the only customer in the store. Three employees were behind the counter with one being on the phone while they other two were having a conversation with each other. I had to wait 3-4 minutes before being helped because said conversation was more important than I was and I found that to be really rude. I plan on spending my money elsewhere in the future where the customer is actually appreciated! A total thumbs down to the two employees at this location.

Walked into the store thinking I was never going to find a certain part for my truck. After getting a great welcoming from the staff I was helped right away with fast service and the employee found my part right away. Part was in stock and at a great price that beat the online prices I was looking at. After talking to the staff found out it was a local family owned business, I'll be sure to come back for my automovtive needs.

So, my daughter works nearby and she left the lights on on my truck while she was there. Killed both batteries, which is a bummer because jumping it is out of the question. Called NAPA and they offered to bring over a jump pack to try to turn it over. No go. That would have been enough, but Stefan tells me to bring the batteries over to the store and he will check them and charge them for me. Called me later to let me know they were done and that they were okay. I offered him some money both times for the extra work and he wouldn't take it. I was walking out with my batteries and I passed the manager and commented on the excellent customer service. It wasn't until I got in my car that I realized that I wasn't even a customer. I am now. Good work guys!

Always loved this store but was very disappointed on Saturday. Ordered everything I needed for an oil change, drained oil out of truck, went to get everything and they were closed. Website said they were open till 2, I was there at 1 :30.

Many thanks to John who helped me out with my windshield wiper blades, and put them on. Definitely far above ordinary customer service norms. Thanks again!
