I scheduled an appointment for the guys to come check out my couch less than 2 days ago, they followed up with me the morning of a few times and took away my couch after giving me the estimated cost which I paid for. appreciated the consistency of follow up and efficiency. Troy and Brendon came by the house within 3 hours of me making an appointment to pick up a pretty decent amount of stuff I was trying to get rid of. The quote they provided was reasonable and fast. With the rain being off and on I even tried to help and they kept running over to stop and reassure me that they’ve got it. While we were remodeling our bathroom, we were making a pile of the sinks, wooden vanities, and boxes, to eventually take to the dump. When we took out the cast iron tub, we knew that we needed help. Within 24 hours, we set an appointment with 1-800-JUNK. They called to confirm, called to let us know they were on schedule for the day, and called to give us a 30 min warning ahead of when they were planning to arrive. Brendan and Louis were in and out in 25 min. They got all the trash put away, and even swept up after looking for any screws. 10/10 recommend!
