Apple Ala Moana

This was the worst buying experience of my life!! You need to buy the phone from the street!! You must decide the model and the color before you can enter the shop. I bought 3 items I had to exit and queue 3 times!! I am handicapped but who cares!! This is fair I was told!! They don’t even bother anymore. When i complained about the service instead of an apology and assistance i was given an attitude and a frown!! After this I waited 2 hours to get my items literally thrown at me!! Next time just put a vending machine!! Since you dont bother to offer any kind of a customer service!! Become an online only brand if you can’t bother to assist customers!! It might be the last time I buy from Apple because of the way I was treated there. I will start looking at other brands from now on. as there is a limit you what customers can accept. You can’t disrespect people to that level. This is not acceptable.

When I walked in the store this morning, customer service is not what I expected. A lot of them standing around. I had to ask them for assistance instead of them automatically being that customer service person who, when someone walks in, greets them and ask them if they need assistance, just let them know with a smile on their face. There’s no feeling of being welcomed. I felt that the lady who was speaking to me, was trying to rush me out the store. Not a friendly atmosphere.

Nice Apple store to get a new Apple phone. There were a lot of people wanting to go inside so there was a line outside waiting. We wanted to buy the new phone so we were let inside. The person helping was friendly and answered all our questions. We settled on a iPhone 17 Pro Max. Opened the new phone and restored from a previous backup. We left the store for a new phone ready to take photos and videos.

Great customer service! I walked in without an appointment, and they were able to schedule one for me within 20 minutes to get my iPhone 17 fixed. He was very patient and guided me through the reset and restore process until my phone was fully working again. Thank you!

I had a very disappointing experience picking up my iPhone 17 Pro. I reserved the phone online for 5 p.m., but when I arrived the process was completely disorganized and the wait time was unreasonably long. When I asked for help, the manager on duty, Tyler, came over but was extremely disrespectful and dismissive. The entire interaction felt unpleasant and unprofessional. Considering I paid nearly $2,000 for this phone, I expected at least a smooth and respectful experience. Instead, I was left frustrated not only with the poor service, but also with the fact that they tried to charge me 15 cents for a paper bag after such an expensive purchase. Shame on Apple for letting customer service sink to this level, and shame on Tyler for making an already bad situation worse.

This is the only bad experience I have ever had at an Apple Store… my Apple Watch died, and since I stepped in the store I asked them if they did immediate replacements with Apple care because I was flying back home that day. They said yes, made me wait for 1.5 hours and… suprise! They did not to immediate replacements for any Watch models. Frustrating to say the least.

It has everything. Mostly open air mall with plants is nice. But it’s super overstimulating and comercial - brands are all global luxury or non local stores and products. So not very local or authentic.
