Apple Kahala

10-08-25 This afternoon my wife and I poked our heads into your Kahala store. We were greeted by a young gentleman named RYAN. We’re not quite ready to upgrade our iPhones but wanted to see the latest Apple products. RYAN showed us the Apple watches and IPhones. He was very patient and fully explained how your products worked. We are now hooked on the iPhone 17 Pro and your Apple Watches. We will return and hope to see RYAN again! Apple has a new business model where you have to setup an appointment in order to buy stuff, which takes time... Plus, I don't like a return policy of 2 weeks. Service here was satisfactory, the people were polite, somewhat knowledgeable about phone to phone transfers, put in effort to applying my $40 screen protector to make sure there's no air bubbles. I feel like if you're gonna spend money at Apple, you've definitely got some flex to demand better service.

Best Apple store I have been to -- in California, Ecuador, Asia, and here in Hawaii. Their experts really are, and they go out of their way to help even if you are a walk-in with no appointment.

I recently visited the Apple Store at Kahala Mall and was very disappointed with the experience. I spoke with the manager, Aaron, who seemed unfamiliar with Apple’s own policy regarding AppleCare. Unfortunately, the employee assisting me was also not properly trained. It’s concerning when even the store manager isn’t knowledgeable about basic company policies — it explains why the overall service was so poor. I expected a much higher level of professionalism and expertise from an Apple Store.

This store seems to be the smaller of the 2 on Oahu, but hey, better than nothing! Nothing, as in reference to the amount of Apple Stores on Maui. It wasn't as crowded as its Ala Moana counterpart, which makes for a better experience and customer service.

Got my first Mac at the Kahala Apple Store Aliyah was amazing super helpful and informative I really appreciated her taking the time to answer all my questions!
