We called today on a Sunday and Bronson answered very great customer service and informed us on the headlight bulb we needed. Came in shortly after and he helped us change out bulb. It was a busy Sunday lot of customers in and out but he still found a moment to help. Each time I have a issue and come into Waialae Auto Zone they are kind and understanding. I am stressed as I don't know much about cars and definitely get the help I need. Always a good experience. Been to other spots and this is a top notch spot. Much Mahalo.

Went into auto-zone to figure out whether my car issue was a battery or a starter issue. Keila was super helpful with checking my battery and ended up replacing the battery on the spot. Also did not know that I was missing a battery hold down. She was a a very great help. Thank you Keila!

Elizabeth stepped up to assist me in exchanging my battery that was at 18%. She ran out in the rain grabbed the battery, tested it and exchanged it hassle free because it was in warranty. She hustled but had great customer service. 10/10 recommend her.

I have a O’Reilly’s Auto Parts just a few blocks away from my home but AutoZone Parts comes with a lifetime warranty on all major parts such as brakes, starters, fuel pumps and they have a ton of everyday parts such as windshield wipers, taillight bulbs, coolant, oil, nuts, bolts, tools of all kinds. Plus you get new parts instead of remanufactured parts. For me, well worth the extra two mile drive.

It is rare to get great customer service over the phone nowdays and Kahiau was so awesome in assisting me. He was able to locate a previous purchase using my autozone rewards and confirm parts. Auto repairs can be such a stressful process and this location made it 1 less thing to worry about.
