I just had the worst experience here. I needed 25 concrete bags and asked if a forklift could bring the pallet to my truck and I would hand load my truck off the pallet... I waited 20mins, the cashier apologized and said they are short handed and I get that but, maybe they should have cashiers certified to operate the fork lift because it is not hard labor to drive a forklift. I ended up making 3 trips with a push cart, and the couldn't open the side gate closer to the bags and the loading zone where I was parked so I had to haul a longer distance with all the 80lbs bags. No5 a happy customer today, management needs to step up their game because when the cashier asked for a driver 2 times in front of me, no one responded at all, no communication

City Mill has a wide selection of items for home and garden. It's the staff there that is so good. There's a guy named Gary who is very nice and knowledgeable. He'll go out of his way to understand your problem and try to find a solution.

It has a good selection of most basic hardware, home, plumbing and gardening but it’s more expensive than Home Depot, Lowe’s or Walmart. This store is pretty dumpy too. It could use a refresh with better paint, lighting, and a/c. Makes you depressed when you walk in.

Wayne helped me to find what I needed, he even assisted me in getting a cart for my supplies. Thank you Wayne for your Great Customer service.

We had great service from George in plumbing & electrical - he is very helpful & knowledgeable. He makes it a pleasure to shop there.

A large hardware store with a good variety of products. Free paved parking.

I went in with the need to get new p-traps and connectors for the sink in the kitchen and bathrooms. George & Wayne were perfect. I had some idea and these fellas made it easy. They were not condescending about their vast knowledge and my little knowledge. These two guys were great, helping with the heart of a teacher. These guys need to be recognized for the great customer service and friendly attitude.
