The service that they provide is outstanding

Great customer service. Ordered an item that weighted 110 lb and was by error returned back to sender while it was midway to me. Due to the time constraint, Grainger team was able to ship my item again from the US mainland to me on a special critical shipping method that delivered my item within 2 days instead of six days standard time. I usually dont post reviews but I also have never had such poor service. The lady that "helped" me at the Oahu branch clearly had no interest in helping me or doing any work at all. She would not even look st the part I needed (which I had with me). Ive had bad parts people in the past but poor customer service is better than NO customer service! Stay home and order on Amazon because you wont get help here!

I think the best way to "shop" at this location is by using the online resources to setup your order in advance. I had placed an order online for some channel strut. After about a week, the order was ready for pickup, and I got an email informing me. I went down to the location (ample parking) and collected my order. The person who helped me, named "Charles" prepped the order and was even nice enough to divide up the 4 pieces of channel into more manageable 2 piece units (ends wrapped for safety as well). I needed to add some F-connector keystones to my order, and as it turned out, Charles located some that were on clearance...bonus! Granted, my experience may have been different if I had not had an online order setup for will call, but I can honestly give this place 5 stars.

I am writing this review to simply say thank you for all you do to impact your community. Grainger has supported Habilitat for years and lives have been changed year after year because of this company's support. Horrible…there were 5 counter people so much customers in line Then informed everyone they had to sign in Then you still have to wait another 10-15 before you get order Total of over 45 min to get evacuater pump
