After about 4 years of working at this location, I've gone through alot. We provide the best customer service that we can provide, helpful managers who will gladly take you and your transactions and your technical issues and take care of you right on the spot. The mostly known phrase at this store location, is "We Do What We Can To Take care of the Customer" As an employee, I know not alot of people may have liked me, and I apologize if I did not give you the best service. I always showed up to work doing the best that I could. But thank you to the employees and to the managers who taught me and thank you for letting me be part of the team. But I can atleast leave this review, and tell you (the viewers, the current customers, and future customers) that this is a place to come to, because we will take care of you and your business here at the Dillingham Store Location. Because as the melody ring chime goes... "We're taking care of Business"

The staff name Michelle is not friendly, no customer service. Seemed not happy of what she’s doing. I came twice in the branch to ask for printing job and she answered me impolitely and told to come back the following day.. when I came back the following day another lady staff is unhelpful. Frustrating to see employees that has work such attitude & unwilling to help & assist.

I went to this place to print out some files during pandemic while all state public libraries were closed. Then I found out that someone had used my phone number for membership there by mistake but they were NOT able to fix it at all, and made me come up with a fake phone number to register myself. That is not professional for a known-to-be-dealing-with-technology store. Also, the printer failed to do the job I needed and they didn’t give me a refund. Very sad.

Products were done same day as promised by the website, so it gets 3 stars. Because their sign on the door and website says they close at 8, which apparently means 7:45pm.

Adam E, the copy and print supervisor was here both times I came in for assistance and he was MAGNIFICENT. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE! he was friendly, helpful, quick, patient, funny and the definition of AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I'm so grateful and impressed with all that Adam has done to help me and I couldn't be happier with his service, especially during this difficult time of printing things for my recently deceased fathers funeral service. Adam, you da man!

I came in almost at closing. I just finished work and was glad to see they were still open. I was greeted by a lovely young woman who asked if I needed help. I needed a charger for my laptop. She didn't hesitate to help. She and another lovely young woman both helped me to get what I needed. They made me feel like a valued customer. Thank you Office Depot! My new goto spot for all my office needs!

Adam was the best ! I came in with no idea how to print out any of the forms I needed and he saw I was lost and helped me ! He made my experience great and stress free !! I will definitely be coming here again . I am so grateful for my experience with him ! He definitely went above and beyond to make this easy for me . Mahalo !
