I can't complain. One of better ones. Always someone around to ask questions. Lots of folks use this place. Inventory is spotty...but can get fulfilled online from the staff. Two staff were sooo helpful over the few days I had there buying stuff from their store. Thomas, a retail expert, and Teresa, a cashier, were so helpful. If I got the titles wrong, forgive me. If it helps to get them recognition, they both worked on 11/9/2025.

I had an amazing experience at OfficeMax. I came in with a ton of printing that I needed done quickly, and the staff went above and beyond to help me. The gentleman who assisted me was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. オフィスマックスで素晴らしい体験をしました。急ぎで大量の印刷が必要だったのですが、スタッフの方々は期待以上に手助けしてくれました。対応してくれた男性の方は、とてもフレンドリーで忍耐強く、知識も豊富でした

I really do love getting my printing done at office max. I faithfully come here. I was having a terrible day and had to get some last minute printing done. Anthony wasn’t necessarily outwardly mean but he just had the worst attitude. I felt like an inconvenience. He just acted like he rather not be helping. Like if I would’ve said never mind about printing he would’ve probably felt ecstatic. I was trying so hard not to break down crying. You just never know what someone is going through. A smile and more helpfulness could’ve went a long way today

Great company. Customer service is excellent. My only two complaints would be 1. Like most places these days. They probably use computers to generate the store orders, so they are los on most inventory. 2. But most importantly for and my family is that at night the parking lot is not lit at all but by the in-store lights and like the night I was there someone outside ranting and mumbling to themselves seems unhospitable or unsafe.

Stopped in to get a few things printed but the experience wasn’t great. The stafff seemed disinterested and i had to wait longer than expected even though the store wasn’t busy. When i finally got help, they rushed through it without much communication. I’ve had better service elsewhere, so this was pretty disappointing.

This is the only place near Waikiki that I could find to print documents or return labels. There were only 2 self serve machines for copying and printing, so each time I had to wait, but never terribly long.

Generally poor customer service. No one there seems to be able to help anyone. They just pass you to the next person to the next person to the next person. Sat on endless hold every time I called to ask a question. once I finally got a hold of someone who said they will get someone to call me back, no one did after several hours. Very disappointed, will not be coming back here for anything.
