A nice lady helped me out with my reverse light, she even told me to avoid getting oil on the light bulb. After i did some cleaning on the socket, she passed by me in the lot and helped put the light on properly. The light worked and I don’t need to replace the socket! I didn’t get to thank her since she was busy but I really appreciate her help

What's with all the females working here now days? April had the WORST attitude and customer service. Never coming back here! Everytime I come here these girls don't know anything about parts or cars. Always asking for help from male coworkers. I'm constantly getting the wrong parts from them. Going to start ordering parts from Rock Auto and Napa

Will not honor the 3-Year warranty. I purchased in October 2021. The batteries did not hold charge. The store clerk tested them on arrival and said the batteries were good, but it would take a couple hours to charge them. The clerk called me a few hours later saying the batteries were bad and the store would give me a $10 gift card. I asked for the manager to call me. The manager called though she seemed irate about having to talk to me. She stated the batteries were of no value to her, thus she could not honor the warranty for replacement or refund. Additionally, she blamed her clerk for misunderstanding the warranty policy. I offered to pick the batteries up. She questioned why I wanted to pick up bad batteries. I asked if the batteries still belonged to me. She confirmed.

April was very friendly and welcoming- she didn't make me feel out of place when I didn't know some of the simple things - Thank You April!!

O'Reilly's wouldn't change my battery but AutoZone next door hooked it up!

Freindly helpful staff , had the parts i needed in stock , called 4 other stores and hung up after 20 minutes on hold ,

Best staff on island, I have been to other locations and they have given me attitude or barely wanted to help me. This location actually cares!
