Following a failed attempt to have my desktop PC fixed by a corporate repair shop (they were unable to order the required part due to the age of my PC), I decided to try Personal Touch Computers. When I called to make an appointment with Jeff and discuss the issue at hand, I could tell he was extremely experienced, knowledgeable, and the right guy for the job. After dropping my PC off, Jeff provided me with several updates throughout the diagnostic and repair process. He is very thorough and offered detailed, yet understandable explanations for what needed to be fixed. After I picked it up, he followed up with me to ensure that everything was operating smoothly. I really appreciated his communication, professionalism, and honesty. Getting my PC back in working order ended up being more intensive than I anticipated, as it required replacement of a few different components, but I never once felt that he was trying to sell things that weren’t necessary. Jeff’s pricing for the repairs and additional components I requested was more than fair and, for that, I am so grateful! I was worried my PC was bricked, but Jeff was able to repair and upgrade my setup so that it not only works but is better than before. Overall, great experience and I highly recommend coming to him for any computer problem you have!

After several months of inactivity, my laptop’s battery had discharged beyond its recharging capability. Jeff was able to jump start the battery and also make sure the laptop was fully up-to-date on its software. As his company’s name suggests, Jeff provided a very personal touch to repairing my laptop. I had brought the laptop in about an hour before closing time on the weekend and didn’t expect it to be worked on for several days. Jeff had the problem fixed in two hours and even gave me the opportunity to pick it up that very same day after closing hours!

When I came in looking for a MacBook, Jeff kindly gave me a discount once he found out I was a college student. He even offered trade-in value for my broken old MacBook that I thought was worthless, and topped it off by giving me a free laptop bag to keep my new one safe. Jeff was amazing! My laptop hinge broke randomly this week and in a panic started looking up any spots I could. I tried Geek Squad at first but they quoted me up to 3 weeks to fix it and since I work almost exclusively with my laptop that wasn’t feasible. I brought it to another spot before finding him and they wouldn’t even consider fixing it. I called up Jeff after noticing the great reviews and that they typically work with more complicated computers like gaming laptops. Jeff was super informative and told me exactly what the process of fixing it would be like! I was able to drop it off that date and he had it fixed for me by the next day! On top of that, he offered a tune up for me half price including updating my computer and getting rid of corrupted files on it. He also let me know why things were starting to come apart on it and gave me recommendations on how to avoid that in the future. I would definitely recommend coming to him with your computer repair needs!

My Computer would not boot up after HECO glitch at 10 AM yesterday. After unplugging everything. I tried to boot the PC up again. No luck. At 5 PM, I called Jeff at Personal Computers and he said to bring it over. He was available while all the other Computer Repair shops were already closed. Dropped it off to Jeff. I was surprised to get a call from Jeff saying that he could repair it and it would be ready in a couple of hours The repair and cost was discussed before repair. It was very resonable and it included an Upgrade to Windows 11. I'm very satisfied. I highly recommended this business. Very friendly and professional. Jeff even followed up with me today to ensure the Computer was working okay. Yes, it was. Tested it last night.
