Quick installation for my solar and new AC. However, my almost 2 year old AC unit cut out. Called for service. A day or two later, I receive an email saying we are almost ready to schedule your appointment. In hawaii heat. Extremely unsatisfactory. No one has called to find out what is going on with my ac or we will be out there soon or a couple of days.. nothing. Everything else is good. Repair service sucks.

Never disappointed. Two interactions with REVOLUSUN have been fantastic. First was initial install of panels and battery. They asked us how we managed our day to day, then made a recommendation on what we needed - DID NOT TRY TO OVERSELL! Honest appraisal, liked it with the conversation that if necessary, could add to our solar system. Which we did. Second round was just as productive as the first. Team was on time, on target, and upgraded our system with additional panels and battery. Showed us how to manage the app, and cleaned up prior to leaving. We did have a glitch with the new POWERWALL II, which customer service immediately found a replacement, scheduled an install, and ensured all was working properly. 100% happy with Michelle, Gavin, and Seth ++ their support teams.

I contacted Revolusun when we bought our house, primarily to decrease our electric bills. I was contacted by a very knowledgeable sales rep who explained the ins and outs, discussed no interest loan for start up and gave further recommendations on products we hadn’t considered. Over the years they have been available to fix minor issues and even came to repair my existing solar hot water heater which had issues. I’ve recommended them to friends numerous times and still get thanks for that, though it’s the company that earns those thanks. I would recommend then for everything: solar hot water, PV, battery backup, and split system AC.

I overall had a really nice experience. The primary driver of our pleasant experience was due to our project developer, Marty Shaffer. Marty was very responsive and worked hard to understand our needs for this big project. Installation was seamless. My biggest complaint was the engineering/design side. I felt like their interest was in finding battery and solar panel locations most convenient to the install team, not necessarily what was best for my situation. However, by working with Marty, he helped us work through some of those issues. My suggestion: work with Marty if he's available. Trust the install process. But make sure you get exactly what you want with the design process, and you'll be happy. Would recommend overall.

Recently moved to Hawaii and purchased a home. Moving in was a little difficult and we discovered the Solar Hot Water System was a little tired after many years of service. We only had hot water on sunny days and only at certain times. We called numerous local plumbers but they all recommended contacting RevoluSun Solar. I called and was connected to Mr. Marty Shaffer who listened carefully to my needs. Marty is the most competent technical salesperson I have ever communicated with. He understood my situation and offered to come out to my location to evaluate my requirements. He looked at every aspect of my home and suggested a plan of action. He suggested RevoluSun Solar have one of their company engineers review the site to make certain the plan was engineered to perfection. Revolution sent out a special engineer who reviewed the proposal and made suggestions. She was absolutely amazing climbing on the roof, measuring and documenting the locations and existing plumbing. Ms. DeTure listened to all my concerns and developed an engineering plan that made me feel comfortable. She was sensitive to my every question and answered them all. Truly a person that cares and knows her stuff. Today I am sending in my final payment and am 100% satisfied with all the perfect work the install techs and electricians accomplished. The work is so well accomplished with every detail completed with perfection. The team members all the finest people you will ever have work on your home. I feel like each of the members became my personal friends. In summary I can't wait for the Photo-Voltaic project to be designed after I save a few more dollars. My family and I are taking hot showers every day and night thinking about how wonderful this experience was. I have found a GEM of a company that provides the Best Service with the Finest Professional People. This is a Triple A Company. Jim Linnen
