Nicholas and Zack from Sunspear did an outstanding job replacing an inverter for one of my solar panels that had been down for about six months. They were thorough, efficient, and made sure everything was reporting correctly to my Enphase app before they left. What really impressed me was how responsive and accommodating they were. They were actually working on a neighbor’s solar system when I asked if they could schedule a time to look at mine. Even though I wasn’t on their schedule, they offered to stop by after finishing that job — and they did! About an hour and a half later, they came over, assessed the issue, and since I already had the replacement inverter, they said, "We’re here — we can knock this out for you." They took care of it right then and there. Both Nicholas and Zack had great attitudes, were polite and respectful, and handled everything with care — even when bringing their 10-foot ladder through the house to access the roof from my second-floor balcony. I also want to mention that it was hard finding a company willing to take on this small job. Several companies never called me back, including the one that originally installed my system eight years ago. Sunspear really came through for me. Working with Sunspear Energy was fantastic. We are saving money every month and feeling good about doing it. Marko was particularly helpful. He even provided information to my accountant after the installation was complete to make sure I received the proper tax credit. Excellent customer service, highly recommend. Just updating my review. I had a problem with one of my panels and it stopped producing power. Nick Lee and Orion came over and fixed it quickly. Their excellent service was much appreciated.

We decided to instal solar right before the federal credits ended. From the initial consultation with Laura (My Solar Lady) the process was smooth. The price was the price all the way through and there were no surprises with additional fees or add-ons. They literally did every single step with the financing, design, HECO and permits and we hardly had to be at the house in order to get it installed. We were installed about three weeks before estimated. There actually was a little bit of issue with some of the panels once it was installed, but they came right back out and fixed it up and worked on it diligently until it was resolved so in my book that is A+ service or in Google speak five stars!

I usually don't leave reviews but I'm taking the time to write one today because I am THAT impressed by the level of exceptional work that Nick and Zach did for me on my solar energy system. Their level of expertise combined with their patience and great communication is truly commendable. I highly recommend Sunspear for your next solar project!

Zach and Nick came onsite to troubleshoot some network connectivity issues between our solar system and app. In the process they l discovered one cabinet of batteries was down and walked me through what they were finding. Both were very cordial and respectful of my time, especially since I was working from home during their visit. Nick Lee and Allison from Sunspear Tech repair was quick to respond to a service report that was easily accessible on Sunspears website. Nick was very personable and knowledgeable in helping to figure out what was the cause of our Solar system not charging. Even sharing fishing stories!
