From the moment I walked in, Sandra greeted me with a friendly smile and asked how she could assist. I explained that I needed a replacement headlight for my Tacoma, and she quickly got the correct part for my specific model year. All of the staff "helping" someone on the phone. GOD forbid they help a customer inside the store. Been waiting to be helped for 10 minutes minimum.

I was provided with unbelievable customer by Javier. I had to make an emergency stop for oil, I don't know much about cars and he was so kind and respectful to me and helped me out in every possible way he could he is unique. This is what customer service is all about. I will be returning

Thank you to Javier who made sure I was good today!! I came in thinking I needed a new battery. Javier did a system check for me and gave some advice about why it maybe starting slow. I asked about an air filter, it was in stock and he took the time to change it for me. I tried to give him a tip for his service and time, but he refused. This is the second time I have been to this store and they always take good care of me. Keep up the excellent work. People appreciate what you do!!!

They have a full line inside, and these 2 are out here standing like nothing. They should bring back the old school managers who actually paid attention to the people. Went there again yesterday around 7pm there was no line, one customer being helped by an older worker, and 2 managers on their phone, one in front of the computer the other behind the counter hididng. I stood there for maybe 2 min then another 2 customers walk in, then they noticed there was someone in line, one manager lady with missing teeth yelled out for help from a younger kid just for 2 people when them two manager could have handled it instead of being on their phones..
