Came to this auto one because my car was very much in need of a new battery. I was in and out so quickly with a brand new replacement and even corrosive preventers. There was so much build up on it and Audie gladly helped me to get it all cleaned and helped assist me with installing a new one. I wouldn’t have been able to do it myself that’s for sure! Very helpful and affordable. Will definitely be back for whatever car needs I have because of his great customer service here .

I was here to pick up some spark plugs, and honestly, the customer service was amazing. I went to a different location, but they didn't have the parts, so they sent me to this location. When I arrived, they didn't know that I was there to pick up the plugs, but they helped me right away and were very professional. I don't remember the name of the guy, but he went above and beyond with the service. If you need parts or anything related to a car, this is the right place!!! Need a new battery and was in and out in 20 minutes! Aude put it in for me, everyone was very nice and helpful. Definitely recommend.,

My car wasn’t starting and turning on the previous morning, I was stuck in the driveway for 20-30 minutes trying to crank the ignition and start my car to get to work. Audie was so generous and incredible with helping me out with letting me know what battery to get and he went out of his way and took the time to install it for me. This means so much to me because I need my car for work and to get places. My car is basically my livelihood and Audie is a life saver. I can’t thank him enough for his help and his service. If I can leave 10 stars I would. Thank you to Audie for saving the day and my livelihood!!

Car owners that are not mechanics but do know the basics for your car (like windows or battery), this place is for you! VERY polite staff members. 2 in particular, Audi and Sergio, were the nicest and most helpful that we have ever experienced in an AutoZone. I was able to get my proper windshield wipers because Audi helped and gave me a hand putting it on my car. Then Sergio helped my mom with the car fob battery. Very respectful and helpful. Thank you both

I came into this AutoZone when it was raining cats and dogs. I didn’t know how to change my windshield wipers but Jose and punite taught me how! They came out in the rain and showed me how to change out my windshield wipers and how to get the accurate ones. Greatly appreciate them so much!! The manager was also so helpful and gave me a free glass cleaner that repelled rain. Thank you boys !

The part guy over sell with out asking. I just came to buy brake pads and he charge me for the grease and put it inside the brake box with out asking me. That's not nice. Learn how to speak and sell first if you getting a job like this. A . Few day later manager of store called me for my review an apologize so that counted alot for me and I edited my review from 1 star to 3 star. Will give it a try next time.
